a week agoVery disappointing experience at Amity Restaurant. The staff inside had a very rude and careless attitude. They were clearly in a hurry to close and didn’t bother to properly attend to customers. When we called earlier, they told us the party would be open until 12 AM, but when we reached there they suddenly said 9:30 PM is the last timing, and the way they said it was very rude. Completely misleading information. Our requests were not listened to, and they even served the wrong food, which shows how careless the service is. Hospitality was completely missing. Surprisingly, the bouncer at the entrance was the only friendly person, while the staff inside were unprofessional and unwelcoming. On top of that, the prices are very high for such poor service. Definitely not recommended. 👎
