a week agoStaffs were super helpful and proactive. Location is at the heart of the city , just 6-7 mins walk to the key beaches , Promenade hotel & restaurant, Rishi Aurobindo samadhi etc. Plenty of eateries around . Though the hotel does not have a restaurant , but we never had an issue in finding eateries at all. First and foremost it was absolutely safe for four of us women travelling .

3 weeks agoThe Hotel staff is very rude and and arrogant. While checking out, they promised us that they will refund us the money as the room we booked was not similar to the one that they provided, but after that when we called them later on, they refused the payment even after taking all the details on the check out from. We took their words and did not take the money then, and there after that when we came back from our trip, when we are asking for the refund, they are harassing us right now.
