a year agoWe bought 27 keychains and two other gifts. We asked if you had the same one. The answer was yes. I asked to see the contents of the box to make sure there were no mistakes. It was fine. When I got home, I noticed that more than half were different from what I asked for. The worst part was that the different model was hidden at the bottom of the box. I would have preferred to hear an honest answer: that you don't have what I asked for. If you want to improve, tell the customer the truth. Maybe they'll agree to take two different models themselves. I won't be back.
