**VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AT DE ASIAN RESORT – NOT RECOMMENDED\!** We booked De Asian Resort for the first time for a family trip with my parents and chose a 2BHK room\. Unfortunately, our experience after check\-in was absolutely terrible\. The resort failed to meet even the basic expectations of hospitality, service, and hygiene\. Here is a list of the major issues we faced: 1. **No intercom facility:** There was no intercom to contact room service, making it difficult to get even basic assistance\. 2. **Non\-functional remotes:** The TV, set\-top box, and AC remotes had faulty or missing batteries\. We had to visit the reception and complain twice before anyone provided batteries\. 3. **Missing kettle:** One of the rooms did not have a kettle\. 4. **Unacceptable service delays:** We requested tea at 7 AM, but it was not served until 9 AM, and we received it only along with breakfast\. 5. **Poor breakfast arrangement:** Breakfast was not a buffet\. It was a very limited, plate\-served meal consisting of idli, kichidi, vada, and puri\. The overall arrangement was far below expectations\. 6. **No proper tea service:** No flask was provided to keep the tea hot\. It was served in a glass and was not hot enough to enjoy\. 7. **Serious insect problems:** There were numerous insects inside the room itself\. I am attaching pictures as evidence\. 8. **Unsafe swimming pool and health concern:** We noticed insects in the swimming pool as well\. My daughter suffered an insect bite near her eye, which subsequently became swollen\. This was particularly distressing as we were travelling with family\. I strongly advise families with children to exercise extreme caution until the pool’s hygiene and safety are properly addressed\. 9. **No proper pool access:** The swimming pool did not have proper steps or a staircase to get in and out safely\. 10. **No basic poolside facilities:** There were no chairs or restrooms near the swimming pool\. It appeared that the pool had been constructed merely for namesake, without considering guest comfort or convenience\. 11. **Unattended reception:** Most of the time, there was nobody available at the reception to assist guests\. 12. **No in\-house restaurant and extremely poor food coordination:** The resort recommended an outside restaurant for food orders\. While the restaurant delivered to our doorstep on the first day, the experience deteriorated from the following day\. They were rude while taking orders and repeatedly delayed food availability\. Initially, we were told food would be available only after 6:30 PM\. When we called after that time, we were told to wait another hour\. The resort should take responsibility for recommending a service that provides such a poor customer experience\. **Overall Experience: Extremely Disappointing\!** This trip was planned with my parents, and we expected a comfortable and pleasant family stay\. Instead, we had to deal with poor service, inadequate facilities, hygiene concerns, and a distressing incident involving my daughter\. The overall experience was absolutely not worth the money spent\. In my opinion, the room quality and facilities do not justify the price charged\. **I would never recommend De Asian Resort to anyone, especially families travelling with children\.** The management seriously needs to improve its housekeeping, hygiene, safety standards, service quality, and basic guest facilities\. **VERY, VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE\!**

One of the best stay , i hv ever stayed❤️ very clean peaceful, and beautifully aesthetic with cozy rooms and relaxing vibes. The swimming pool and game area were well maintained and perfect for spending quality time. They also provide free breakfast, which was fresh and tasty. One of the best parts of the stay was the kind and welcoming reception staff who were very polite and helpful throughout. The aesthetic swings and overall ambience make the place perfect for relaxing and taking beautiful pictures. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pondicherry. Must visit bdw this was my second visit

We stayed at this property for one night. Considering the price, the property offers good value for money. However, two things disappointed us. First, upon arrival, the manager informed us that the cook was unavailable that day. This was inconvenient, especially since we had expected food service to be available at the property. Second, the bedsheets and linens did not feel particularly fresh, and the rooms could have been cleaner. A little more attention to housekeeping would significantly improve the overall experience. That said, the property has several positives. It offers a decent swimming pool, ample parking space, and a pleasant atmosphere. Although the property is somewhat small in terms of space, it is well maintained overall and has a good vibe. At this price point, it is a decent option, but improvements in housekeeping and food availability would make the stay much better.

We had a very nice experience staying at De Asian resort. Our host Mark was extremely helpful right from the beginning of our trip helping us out with bike rentals and other things being quick and responsive. The breakfast served was good and tasty. Place is maintained very well.

We had a pleasant stay at De asian villa Our host Mark made sure we have a comfortable stay. It was clean spacious and overall ambience was very good. The breakfast that was served was tasty and the service provided is commendable. Would recommend this stay for people looking stay near Auroville.
