Chinna Manikoondu, also known as the Petite Tower Clock, is a historic clock tower located at the intersection of Mahatma Gandhi Street and Bussy Street in Pondicherry. Standing approximately 25 feet tall, it was constructed in 1892 and donated by Cou Latchoumanasamy Chettiar.
