Huge question on their cleanliness. Terrible maintenence and service. Customer comes last for them

Had a really nice stay here! The rooms were clean and spacious, and all the basic facilities were available. The location was also convenient, with most places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good experience!

Visited at the end of May. 1. 2 large double beds, big sized room with mirrorand good sized balcony. 2. Cleanliness of bathroom and balcony could be improved. 3. Staff is very supportive. We reached earlier than checkin time so they allowed us to freshen up in a different bathroom on 1st floor. We extended our stay by a day as we needed a place net day till evening and staff charged us fairly. 4. Prices fluctuate quite a lot in-season and off-season. 5. The guest house has a good lobby area to relax and wait if needed. 6. The entrance is very narrow and from outside it is not painted well so looks shabby but this is a place where there's more than meets the eye. 7. Located near police station so probably one of the safest neighbourhoods. 8. Located near market and promenade (under 1km) both so it is conveniently located, although there are many more places nearer to promenade. We chose this because we wanted proximity to public conveyance and streets near promenade become busy with tourists and some times traffic is stopped from entering there. 9. Staff sleeps at reception on floor and should be given a proper place to sleep. 10. Water pot is kept on each floor to fill drinking water whenever you need however a better, less manual process should be setup, one that uses water purifier.
