a week agoThis is a good hotel,, but not like a 5 Star hotel,, The buffet menu had limited dishes, lack of hygiene,, Rooms are so smaller than a five star hotel,, we ordered veg biryani,, they served nonveg,, and when we did complain,, they were taking very casually,, then we called again n again,, and asked for manager,,The Manager of that shift was understanding. Overall it's not like a 5 star hotel,, One more thing in all rooms and hotel they are using carpet on the floor,, but if they can't clean it properly, then it has to be removed. Thank u

a week agoPros: hotel is beautiful, rooms are huge and spacious, comfortable king beds, everything is very technology-forward. Staff tried their best to accommodate requests. Food in the downstairs restaurant was great, and rooftop upstairs was a nice vibe. You get a tender coconut at check in. Cons: check in process took a super long time 30 mins) even though there was no queue. Then an additional 20 mins to get us situated in our rooms, and some staff seemed to be a bit confused about what they needed to do. They also have to explain to you how the digital tablet works. Overall it took us nearly an hour to get into our rooms. The rooms are incredibly MUSTY. We could smell it in the hallways, and it was even worse in the rooms. They moved us to a different room with no carpet, but the smell never went away our whole stay. This is a reflection of poor ventilation and air recirculating that the staff is stuck managing. Hotel owner should do better here. Be prepared for the noise. The hotel is set in a busy street, so you definitely hear tons of honking day and night. We had to request pedestal fans to air out our rooms (smell never went away) and to drown out the noise. TLDR: Nice rooms and food. Very very musty, and noisy. Staff was hospitable but slow. Would not stay here again due to noise and musty-smelling rooms.

a week agoThe breakfast as always is excellent at this hotel. But the lunch and dinner food is terrible. We ordered chicken club sandwich which was not at all like what a club sandwich should be. It had no fried egg, and instead of pure chicken, they put ice cold Coldslaw in the sandwich with one or two bits of chicken. The worst club sandwich ever.
