The Tribute Wall in Pondicherry, also known as the “Wall of Sacrifice” (Thiyaga Perunjuvar), is a memorial dedicated to India’s freedom fighters. Located near Gandhi Thidal on Beach Road, it was inaugurated in 2022 as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations.

The wall features the names of numerous freedom fighters from across India, honoring their contributions to the nation’s independence. A prominent 100-foot-tall national flagpole stands at the center, symbolizing unity and patriotism.
