The Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry, India, is a renowned spiritual community founded by Sri Aurobindo and his spiritual collaborator, “The Mother” (Mirra Alfassa). Established in 1926, the ashram serves as a center for spiritual practice, education, and community life, embodying the principles of Integral Yoga.

The ashram’s central focus is the Samadhi, a white marble shrine housing the physical remains of both Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, located in a serene courtyard.
